We are a full-service global relocation management company that has been set up to service the relocation and project freight requirements of donor-funded companies (NGOs) and humanitarian aid organizations.

At RMR International we succeed with our stress-free process to relocate your needs and keep you secure.
PRE-MOVE SURVEY
We will complete an in home survey of your household effects, this will help us come up with an estimated weight and size of your shipment in order to quote your employer accordingly.
QUOTATION
Shortly after the survey has been performed, we will quote the billing party directly and wait for an award in order to proceed with the move on a door-to-door basis.
POST-BOOKING
You will be assigned a move coordinator that will work closely with you and guide you through the entire moving process. An intro email will go out with forms for you to read and complete.
INSURANCE
We offer several transit insurance options and deductibles, after discussing your insurance needs, we will advise options and cost to meet your specific needs.
PACKING
Packing is completed using international specific materials only. In most countries, we request the use of kraft-bubble wrap for surface shipments. For air shipments, we use tri-wall boxes (5, 10 and 15 cube) as well as D and E containers, depending on the size and type of commodity.
TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY
We will provide full international freight services by air, sea, and land. We will also comply with US flag requirements, arrange customs clearance, and deliver with full unpacking and same-day debris removal.
